Citra is a free, open-source Nintendo 3DS emulator that lets you play your 3DS games on Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android. With hardware-accelerated rendering and resolution upscaling, many titles run with sharper visuals than on the original hardware. Features include configurable controls with gamepad support, touchscreen and motion input emulation, a frame limiter and fast-forward, per-game settings, and tools for managing save data. Citra also offers experimental local wireless multiplayer emulation for select games. The project does not include games or system files; to use Citra, you must dump your own content from a 3DS you own. Performance and compatibility vary by title and device.

Citra is developed by 3DSEmulator.org and is used by 61 users of Software Informer. The most popular versions of this product among our users are: 0.9, 0.9 beta and 1.0. The names of program executable files are citra-qt-gcc-fastest.exe, citra-qt.exe, citra.exe, gcitra.exe and HD-Player.exe.
